I called McLaughlin Plumbing and Stephen McLaughlin came out, inspected and gave me a quote to replace all water and sewer lines. I could tell by talking with him that he knew the plumbing business inside and out and actually gave me some information that was needed to make sure my plumbing was done right. This company exceeded my needs and handled it all extremely efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. They were prompt,courteous and professional. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their job. All of his workers worked very well with each other and they do a tremendous job. Thank you Stephen McLaughlin for my new plumbed house. Complete master bath remodel, removed all old 1951 plumbing and re plumbed whole new space. They were very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I had another leak in a very difficult to reach location - this group of plumbing professionals not only came immediately but also figured out the best way to resolve without extreme measures ( taking kitchen cabinets down which would have been expensive!). I highly recommend this group!!!!!!!!

Mclaughlin Plumbing went above and beyond for my family. We woke up on a Sunday morning not being able to use toilets and showers due to drainage/pipe/sewer? issues. Normally we wouldn't panic but not only is it Sunday but also the eve of Christmas Eve!!! Nobody is working! BUT Steve and his son came out and worked until they got it fixed. Over the past month my wife and I began hearing a periodic whining/whistling noise when we turned on a faucet. The sound was coming from the crawlspace and was loudest near the main shutoff. I searched the Internet for a local, highly recommended plumbing company and decided to ask McLaughlin plumbing to evaluate and fix the problem.
My call was answered in a professional and cordial manner. They scheduled an appointment for me 48 hours later. The young man who came to my home arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and resolved the problem by replacing the pressure regulating valve in the system. He also inspected the other plumbing components in our crawlspace and reported to me that everything else looked good. And the price was very, very reasonable.

Amazing work, extremely professional and prompt! It's a pleasure bto work with him. If there were more stars we woud happily put more. He did a fantastic job of video editing that was tricky for some other editors. Excellent excellent job and our go-to person for all his services from now on. Very easy to work with and flexible.
